Our Own Andy's SECOND Book!
We're so very excited to tell everyone about Readers' Books owner Andy Weinberger's second book, A Reason to Kill: An Amos Parisman Mystery, which features a straightforward case--missing members of the klezmer band Dark Dredel--which becomes much more complicated after a murder takes place. The publication date is Setempber 22nd--and keep on eye on this space to hear more about our (safe, socially distanced, mostly virtual) celebration.
Just in case you missed it, Andy's first book is An Old Man's Game: An Amos Parisman Mystery. It's a PI novel like you've never seen before, featuring retired private eye Amos Parisman, who is hired by the local temple's board when a controversial rabbi drops dead over his matzoh ball soup at Canter's Deli in Los Angeles. As he looks into what seems to be a simple, tragic accident, Amos uncovers a world of treachery and hurt that shakes a large L.A. Jewish community to its core. An Old Man's Game has yet to leave our bestseller lists. We couldn't be more proud of Andy and happier to have this wonderful mystery series out in the world to share. Thank you for the support throughout the years!
