Readers' Books Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS media mail and USPS priority mail. Tracking numbers are available on request at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are determined by weight. 

Readers' Books Return Policy

For in-store and in-store pickup purchases:

Any books or items exchanged must be in the condition it was sold in (no creased spines, nor bent pages, nor writing/inscriptions, nor stains)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to offer credit card or cash refunds with both copies of the receipts. For gift returns, we will only offer store credit, which can be used towards anything in the store. 

Orders Shipped from the Store

For books purchased and shipped from our store, customers must contact us immediately if the order arrives partially or totally damaged to receive a replacement. If the result of damage is on our end, we will reimburse and pay for any secondary shipping costs.

Any order completed by Readers' Books with successful USPS tracking will be considered completed. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for "porch pirates" or able to compensate those victimized by mail theft.
